* Some of the words have more than one meaning. For example --
أَرْحَامٌ has two meanings

1. Wombs
هُوَ الَّذِي يُصَوِّرُكُمْ فِي الْأَرْحَامِ كَيْفَ يَشَاءُ
He it is Who shapes you in the wombs as He pleases. (3:6)

2. Blood relationship
وَأُولُو الْأَرْحَامِ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلَىٰ بِبَعْضٍ فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ
But kindred by blood have prior rights against each other in the Book of Allah. (8:75)

رُءُوسٌ implies two things:

1. Heads
وَامْسَحُوا بِرُءُوسِكُمْ وَأَرْجُلَكُمْ إِلَى الْكَعْبَيْنِ
Rub your heads (with water); and (wash) your feet to the ankles......(5:6)

2. Capital (of investment)
وَإِن تُبْتُمْ فَلَكُمْ رُءُوسُ أَمْوَالِكُمْ لَا تَظْلِمُونَ وَلَا تُظْلَمُونَ
But if ye turn back, ye shall have your capital sums: Deal not unjustly, and ye shall not be dealt with unjustly. (2:279)

*Although عَيْنٌ in singular denotes two meanings
1. Spring
فَانْبَجَسَتْ مِنْهُ اثْنَتَا عَشْرَةَ عَيْنًا
out of it there gushed forth twelve springs ....(7:160)

2. Eye
وَأَلْقَيْتُ عَلَيْكَ مَحَبَّةً مِنِّي وَلِتُصْنَعَ عَلَىٰ عَيْنِي
But I cast (the garment of) love over thee from Me: and (this) in order that thou mayest be reared under Mine eye. (20:39)

, the plural form أَعْيُنٌ expresses the only meaning of EYE
وَاصْبِرْ لِحُكْمِ رَبِّكَ فَإِنَّكَ بِأَعْيُنِنَا
Now await in patience the command of thy Lord: for verily thou art in Our eyes....(52:48)

The plural of spring / fountain is عُيُونٍ
إِنَّ الْمُتَّقِينَ فِي ظِلَالٍ وَعُيُونٍ
As to the Righteous, they shall be amidst (cool) shades and springs (of water). (77:41)

يد means hand, it also implies power.
The plural أَيْدِي means Hands.
But the phrase بَيْنَ أَيْدِي means before or in front of:
يَعْلَمُ مَا بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمَا خَلْفَهُمْ
He knoweth what (appeareth to His creatures as) before or after or behind them. ....(2:255)
This is found in Ayatul Kursi

*Although الرِّقَابِ means Necks, but when it is related to slave, it means "Free the slaves from slavery".
For example --- in verse 2:177

It is not righteousness that ye turn your faces Towards east or West; but it is righteousness- to believe in Allah and the Last Day, and the Angels, and the Book, and the Messengers; to spend of your substance, out of love for Him, for your kin, for orphans, for the needy, for the wayfarer, for those who ask, and for the ransom of slaves; to be steadfast in prayer, and practice regular charity; to fulfil the contracts which ye have made; and to be firm and patient, in pain (or suffering) and adversity, and throughout all periods of panic. Such are the people of truth, the Allah-fearing.

Similarly, its singular form رَقَبَة means the same in the verse 4:92

Never should a believer kill a believer; but (If it so happens) by mistake, (Compensation is due): If one (so) kills a believer, it is ordained that he should free a believing slave, and pay compensation to the deceased's family, unless they remit it freely. If the deceased belonged to a people at war with you, and he was a believer, the freeing of a believing slave (Is enough). If he belonged to a people with whom ye have treaty of Mutual alliance, compensation should be paid to his family, and a believing slave be freed. For those who find this beyond their means, (is prescribed) a fast for two months running: by way of repentance to Allah: for Allah hath all knowledge and all wisdom.
