is used in genitive case in Quran. So you will get the dorm هَاتَيْنِ in the Quran Verse 28:27.
قَالَ إِنِّي
أُرِيدُ أَنْ أُنكِحَكَ إِحْدَى ابْنَتَيَّ هَاتَيْنِ عَلَىٰ أَن تَأْجُرَنِي
ثَمَانِيَ حِجَجٍ
He said,
"Indeed, I wish to wed you one of these, my two daughters, on [the condition]
that you serve me for eight years;

If you search the Quran, you will get 46 هَـٰؤُلاءِ in total. But if you search QAC morphology data 0.4, you will find 45; and 1059 demonstratives in total. So the only dropped out هَـٰؤُلاءِ (in 4:109:2:1) is tagged as Relative Pronoun by Kais Dukes. But I think It should be a Demonstrative based on the book الاعراب المفصل referred to in Kais' Bibliography.
Still another Demonstrative is left out, by mistake, in my statistics above that is هَٰكَذَا (27:42:4:2) which is included in QAC.
So the total number of Demonstratives, in my opinion, will be 1059+1=1060

هَـٰذَانِ Occurs twice in the Quran
هَٰذَانِ خَصْمَانِ اخْتَصَمُوا فِي رَبِّهِمْ فَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا قُطِّعَتْ لَهُمْ ثِيَابٌ مِّن نَّارٍ يُصَبُّ مِن فَوْقِ رُءُوسِهِمُ الْحَمِيمُ ﴿الحج: ١٩﴾
These are two adversaries who have disputed over their Lord. But those who disbelieved will have cut out for them garments of fire. Poured upon their heads will be scalding water. 22:19
قَالُوا إِنْ هَٰذَانِ لَسَاحِرَانِ يُرِيدَانِ أَن يُخْرِجَاكُم مِّنْ أَرْضِكُم بِسِحْرِهِمَا وَيَذْهَبَا بِطَرِيقَتِكُمُ الْمُثْلَىٰ ﴿طه: ٦٣﴾
They said, "Indeed, these are two magicians who want to drive you out of your land with their magic and do away with your most exemplary way. 20:63
هَـٰاتَانِ in the form of هَاتَيْنِ occurs once in the Quran
